Panipuri Diaries

The artist, PRIYAL THAKKAR, has used an image of her favourite food “PANIPURI” also called Puchkas, Gol Gappa, Bataashe, etc varying in different parts of the country. Each has slight differences in taste, but her favourite is the Panipuris, and they are slightly sweet, sour and tangy, comparatively.

These photo collages created by Priyal, are an expression of the delights of this famous food (a type of ‘chaat’ as one would call it) that is dearly loved by most Indians. All the photos used in these collages are clicked, visualised and executed by the artist. This is her latest series creation.
