Iranian Government Felicitation
Priyal was felicitated by the Iranian Government at the Bombay Art Society, Bandra, Mumbai, for her contribution to the Iranian Cultural Heritage, via her thesis as a social study of the Iranis and Irani Cafes in the city of Mumbai. Priyal plans to further her research on the same subject, extending her research to Hyderabad and Pune as well, with a special focus on the Showghi family Irani Cafe empire back in the day..
